At this time we do not offer a "printed" catalog. Please use our online catalog for pictures and pricing. Orders can be placed in the following way.

Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, & PayPal. Your Credit and/or Debit card will be charged for the order total when we begin processing your order, shipping charges will be applied to your credit/debit card when your order is shipped.

**Please Note: Orders paid with money orders will be processed when money order is received and shipped when money order has been received for shipping charges. Shipping:

Each order receives our prompt attention. Shipping times may vary by season or demand; minimum 2 business days-maximum 14 business days. Shipping notification will be sent through email (if one has been provided to us) when order is shipped. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority; depending on weight of order. Shipping charges will be added to order total.

Damage &/or shortages:

All damage and shortages must be reported to Country Keepsakes within 5 days of receiving order. All merchandise is carefully packed and leaves our premises in good condition. Damage claims must be filed by customer Country Keepsakes so that we may put in a claim to UPS/USPS. Please retain cartons and all packaging for their inspection. If no inspection is needed we will email you to dispose of packing.

Returns & Guarantees:

Country Keepsakes offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our merchandise. If you should decide to return your order (for reasons other than damage/defect), Country Keepsakes will refund the your money less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee will also be charged for canceled orders. We take every step to maintain high quality merchandise, however if you receive a defective item we will replace that item free of charge or refund your money, including shipping charges. We do ask that defective items be returned to us, we will cover the shipping cost.

Labeling:

All merchandise manufactured by Country Keepsakes is shipped with labels and/or tags. Labels and tags contain important product information for consumer safety. This information includes directions, cautions, ingredients; some of which are required by law. Country Keepsakes does not allow any changes, alterations, and/or removing of our labels and/or tags without our prior consent.

We offer drop shipping at no "extra" cost. We will bill you the cost of the order (wholesale ofcourse) plus shipping charges. Feel free to inquire if you are interested in this option.

Private Labeling: We have 3 options for private labeling. Detailed below:

No Label: We now offer the option for you to label our products with your own labeling. We will still send our products with any caution/directions/homespun-and a small "tag" so you know what scent/flavor it is. If interested please email me.

Generic Labeling: We can take our label and change the store name to yours and include your web site. We can even change the font and put a small graphic on your label instead of our star. There is a one time fee of $25.00 for setting up the new label-and keeping them on my computer. If you need payment options please feel free to contact me.

Specialized Labeling: If you are interested in us making your label with your logo on it we can do that for a one time fee of $40.00. This covers anything from our line that you want to carry with your store name, web site and special logo/graphic. You would have to email me the specifics.

And ofcourse there is our normal label without our web site which is no change from how it is now. All labels on our candles/buttons/votive packages are 2x4 kraft.

Morning Blessings potpourri has little wax cinnamon buns, rosehips, cinnamon sticks, and little burgundy homespun bows. Scented in your choice-but Cinnamon Bun scent compliments this

3 different scented pastries. Cinnamon Bun, Caramel Sticky, and Orange Swirls. They look good enough to eat with drizzled icing, tied with a homespun bow and packaged in shrink wrap to keep them fresh.

Our Farmhouse Mixes are so good. Just add hot water and 2 tablespoons of our cocoa/cappuccino mix and you have a quality drink for those special times or just everyday. Available in many flavors. Comes in 1#, 1/2# or single servings.

Our grubby pillars come in 3 scents: Cinnamon Stick, Dutch Apple Pie, and Sugar Cookie. Tied with a homespun bow and packaged in cello. They look great on a rusty pan and have a long burn time.

Our wax melts come in packages of 6, bulk of 24, or 48. Same scent/color. We have over 100 scents to choose from. Strongly scented, they will fill your home with pleasant scent. Made from soybeans so cleanup is a breeze.
